We understand that ordering products on line can be very daunting especially products such as Cedral cladding, as you need to ensure you choose the right colour, product range, the right trims and number of boards. The ‘AJW Cladding Supplies’ team are here to help with any quesiton before placing your order. Please contact the team on the phone or via email to put your mind at rest.

Don't Forget, you can collect
If you don’t want to wait for a delivery you can arrange for a collection at your local AJW Branch.
When placing an order simply select ‘collect from us’ at the checkout and we will inform you of when your Cedral order is ready for collection.
We will arrange for your order to be available for collection at the branch that is closest to your address.

Most frequent questions and answers
We aim to deliver all order for stock items within 7 – 10 working days. Our aim is to confirm a delivery date with you as soon as we can. For non-stock items the lead time will be extended. If you would like to know this information before placing the order then please contact the team.
We can deliver outside of our shown delivery area however this will be subject to a higher delivery charge and might include an extended delivery time. It is best to contact the team for a quote via email.
We can confirm that all deliveries for all stock items will be delivered within 5 – 7 working days and a delivery date will be confirmed with you via email within 48 hours of placing your order. For non-stock items the lead times will vary, we can provide you with an estimated delivery date on these items before placing your order via email or phone.
Please note that any estimated delivery days stated online are strictly estimated and inlude working days only. Whilst we will try to deliver your items within the estimated delivery time, we do not guarantee it.
Please be aware that any orders placed during the weekends or on a bank holiday will not be processed until the next working day, so this may have an effect on your delivery day.
Our offices are open Monday – Thursday : 8am – 4.30pm and Friday 8am – 4pm. So if you place your order out of these working hours or have any questions before placing your order please email your enquiry over via our enquiry form and we will come back to you within 48 hours.
